Multi-centre Plant Genome Annotation Network

Initiated a joint programme with universities and research institutes in Kerala to annotate medicinal plant genomes (e.g., neem, tulsi, banyan) using the BGDB annotation pipeline.

Status: Concept note drafted · Shared protocol for genome submission to BGDB.

Clinical & Translational

ArogyaSakthi – Hospital Partnerships

Presented the ArogyaSakthi translational arm to hospitals for integrating microbial genomics, AMR surveillance, and patient-centric analytics.

Status: 2 hospitals shortlisted for pilot AMR dashboard using BGDB backend.

Startup & Industry

GenAI Research Labs Co-development

Explored co-development of AI tools for grant discovery, experiment design, and clinical genomics decision support using BGDB datasets as a reference layer.
